Merchandise Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior
authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number
for any warranty product please e-mail us at CustomerService@AudioInvasion.com
In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement, refund,
or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All items must be shipped UPS prepaid and double-boxed with
the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior.
All warranty items will be returned UPS prepaid. A copy
of the AudioInvasion.com invoice must be included with all
returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee
of 15%, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be
in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns
will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less
any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with
the return, AudioInvasion.com will issue credit at the current
selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever
is lower. All items must be returned complete and with all
original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged
packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned
with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses,
etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these
missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically
abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product
will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition
in which it was received by us.
